Sometimes our eGift email is filtered into people's spam folder, so they may be able to find your eGift email there by searching for support@email.masterclass.com if it is not in their inbox. If your gift recipient has a Gmail address, our eGift email may end up in their 'Promotions' folder.
If your gift is still nowhere to be found, you can access and resend your gift via our manage gift portal. You can access the gift to resend via your account menu under the selection 'gift'. Please see below.
