If your purchase was made through Google Play, you can downgrade your plan by doing the following:
1. Cancel your existing subscription
2. Once your subscription has reached its expiration date, purchase a new subscription at the
desired lower tier
If your purchase was made through the Apple App Store, you can downgrade your plan by doing the following:
- Go to Subscription Settings
- Select the plan you want to downgrade to and confirm the change. The downgrade will take place at the end of the term.
