If your gift was purchased within the the last 30 days, and is not yet redeemed please reach out to the Member Support Team here and we would be happy to assist you. If the gift has already been redeemed then we cannot cancel or refund your gift.
For In-app Purchases
Apple
If your purchase was made through the App Store, you can request a refund from Apple just as you would for any in-app purchase by reaching out to the Apple Care team here: 1-800-APL-CARE (800–275–2273) or check here for local numbers.

Google Play/Android
If your purchase was made through Google Play, you can request a refund just as you would for any in-app purchase here: https://play.google.com/store/account.

Amazon
Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon's Return Policy. You can request a refund by navigating to Your Orders on the Amazon site and select “Return for Refund” next to that order.
Roku
Purchases made through Roku are subject to Roku's Return Policy. You may request a refund by reaching out to Roku Support directly.
