Troubleshooting from the Gift Sender's Side
Gift Senders can troubleshoot their gifts by:
- Logging into their MasterClass account, selecting Menu in the upper right corner, and clicking on Gifts.
- Clicking on Gifts displays the gift portal where gifts can be managed, edited, and re-sent if needed.

Troubleshooting from the Gift Receiver's Side
Gift Receivers should:
- check their inbox's spam filter
- check their inbox's promotional folder
- confirm with the Gift Receiver that their email address was entered correctly
