How do I log out of the mobile app?
- Select the profile icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the app.
- Select the settings gear located on the right-hand side of “Your Profile”.
- Select the “Logout” button at the bottom of the page.
Where in the mobile app can I find a list of courses that I’m currently enrolled in?
To find the list of courses you are currently enrolled in, select the profile icon, scroll down to find 'My list' and 'Continue watching'.
I just downloaded the mobile app but don’t see my classes?

How do I cancel my subscription to the Annual membership?
If you subscribed via iTunes, you can cancel your subscription through the App Store by doing the following:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > select your name > iTunes & App Store.
- Select your Apple ID located at the top of the screen and select “View Apple ID”
- Scroll down to “Subscriptions” and tap the MasterClass subscription.

I don’t want my Annual membership subscription to automatically renew. How can I cancel this?
You can cancel your subscription through the App Store by doing the following:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > select your name > iTunes & App Store.
- Select your Apple ID located at the top of the screen and select “View Apple ID”
- Scroll down to “Subscriptions” and tap the MasterClass subscription.
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and your card will not be renewed at the end of your current subscription.
How do I get a refund for my in-App iOS purchase?
You can request the refund from Apple just as you would for any in-app purchase by going to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or you can reach out to the Apple Care team here: getsupport.apple.com or 1-800-APL-CARE or here for local numbers. Apple also provides more detailed information on their Help & Support website.
Is the mobile app available for Android devices?

What iOS requirements do I need in order to run the app?

Why did the app request access to my Local Network?
If you use a peripheral device like a Google Chromecast, the app will use the signal from your Local Network to connect to that device if/when you use it. If you do not connect the app to a peripheral device, then the app will not use the signal. You can choose to disable access to your Local Network, however this will prevent you from using the app with a peripheral device.
Can I use the mobile app on my iPad?
Yes, we’ve created an iPad version of the app. Please check the Apple App Store page for the most up to date system requirements.
How can I be featured in your “Student Spotlight”?
That’s a great question! The Student Spotlight students are hand picked by our community team via the student Community. So make sure to stay active in the community and we may pick you for our Student Spotlight!
I can’t login via Facebook. Why?
If you created your account using an email and password on the MasterClass website, you’ll need to sign into the app with your existing account. The app currently does not support linking your existing account to Facebook.

How do I access Community features?
At this time, the Community features are currently only available by logging into our website, www.masterclass.com.
