How do I add another person to my Duo or Family Plan?
The Duo and Family plan consists of one shared account so you don’t need to take any steps to add people. As the account owner, you can log into multiple devices for your membership plan.
How do I get other people to access my Family Plan?
The account owner will need to enter their username and password for each device.
Will people on my plan have their own profiles and progress tracked separately?
Not at this time. All users sharing the account will see the same progress history.
I bought the Premium plan, now I see the Family Plan available on masterclass.com, how can I upgrade to it?
The Premium plan has been converted to the Family plan. You already have access to all the features of our Family Plan.
I see different plan names than what I purchased – will my experience change?
The Standard, Plus, and Premium plans have been converted to Individual, Duo and Family Plans, respectively. Your experience remains the same and you will maintain access to the same features.
I logged in with Google or Facebook. How can I add people to my Duo or Family plan?
If you don't want to use your Google or Facebook credentials across multiple devices to access MasterClass, please contact support to set up your email and password with MasterClass instead. This will allow you to login with MasterClass credentials on multiple devices for your membership plan.
As a Duo or Family plan member, can multiple people within a shared plan enroll in the same Session class?
At this time we only allow one user to enroll in a specific Session class at a time. However, other shared users can enroll in different Session courses at the same time.
