When purchasing your Buy One, Get One annual membership you will be prompted to set up your gift during the onboarding process. If you don't set up your gift during your initial onboarding you can send it at any time through your gift portal. To access the portal follow the steps outlined below.
- Log into your MasterClass account, select your Profile in the upper right corner and click on Gifts.
- Once you click Gifts you will be in the gift portal where you can access your gifts to send.
- Select the gift, and you will be prompted to enter your recipient’s name, email, and include a personalized gift message. You will also have the ability to send the gift immediately or schedule it to be delivered at your desired date and time.
- Your recipient will then receive an email with the gift on the selected date. The email contains a link to a gift redemption page where they can set up their account.
Once your gift has been received and redeemed the order status will show as Redeemed next to the gift in your gift portal.
🗒 You can make changes to your gift until the gift has been redeemed by the recipient. You will have 1 year from your original signup date to share your first gift. Once redeemed, the gift recipient will have access to MasterClass for 1 year starting on the day they redeem.
🗒 The send membership link that you will receive from us in the gift confirmation email is not the link for the free membership, and should not be forwarded to your recipient. The link will direct you to the website and you will have to follow the steps above to set up and send the gift.
